Our client, a leader in the fresh and frozen food manufacturing industry, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to join their team. As a Maintenance Manager, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting plant operations and leadership teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, problem-solving ability, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Maintenance Manager
Location: Anacortes, WA
Pay Range: $130,000 to $140,000 depending on experience
What's the Job?
Lead and manage preventive maintenance (PM) activities and reliability programs.
Oversee repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment to ensure continuous production.
Drive capital expense planning and manage maintenance projects.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and CMMS processes.
Collaborate with plant leadership to improve asset reliability and manufacturing processes.
What's Needed?
5+ years of maintenance experience in food manufacturing (fresh food highly preferred)
2+ years of supervisory experience
Knowledge of Autonomous Maintenance (AM) Pillars and reliability engineering
Strong understanding of breakdown analysis and continuous improvement
Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
