Key Responsibilities

• Manage reconstruction projects from post-mitigation through final walkthrough

• Write accurate scopes of work and estimates using Xactimate or similar software

• Coordinate subcontractors, material orders, and job schedules

• Ensure compliance with building codes and industry best practices

• Maintain strong communication with homeowners, adjusters, and internal teams

• Track project costs, timelines, and progress to ensure profitability and quality

• Document all aspects of the project through job management software

• Resolve conflicts and keep all parties aligned on project goals

• Provide exceptional customer service and act as the main point of contact

• Oversee on-site work and perform quality control inspections

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in residential or commercial construction

• Strong knowledge of building trades, construction methods, and code compliance

• Proficiency in estimating tools, especially Xactimate, is preferred

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

• Comfortable interacting with clients, vendors, and field teams

• No formal education requirementexperience and skills are what matter most

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required
