Youll play a vital role in supporting multiple supervisors on commercial construction projects across Southern California, helping ensure everything runs efficiently behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer and screen incoming phone calls with professionalism
- Greet and assist visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
- Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems
- Accept and distribute mail and incoming packages
- Prepare small outbound shipments as needed
- Perform office supply inventory and restocking
- Request and track insurance certificates from subcontractors
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and occasional special projects
- Provide administrative support across multiple construction projects
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, engineers, and project managers
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Support accounting and document management tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior administrative or receptionist experience required
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a deadline-driven environment
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the construction industry
- Basic accounting knowledge (A/P and A/R experience a plus)

Schedule
- Full-Time Monday through Friday
- Standard office hours with occasional flexibility based on project demands

- Based at our Southern California office with potential support to multiple job sites or remote teams as needed
