Key Responsibilities

• Assist with basic construction tasks including digging, lifting, carrying materials, and general site cleanup.

• Support skilled trades (e.g., carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with tools, materials, and equipment.

• Learn and follow safety standards and site protocols.

• Operate hand and power tools under supervision.

• Participate in daily safety briefings and training sessions.

• Help set up and break down scaffolding and temporary structures.

• Report safety concerns or hazards to supervisors.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Demonstrate punctuality, teamwork, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• No prior construction experience requiredtraining provided!

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.

• Physically capable of manual labor and lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and carry materials for extended periods.

• Valid drivers license is a plus.

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Schedule

• Full-Time

• Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work

• Travel Required: 100% travel required with rotation plans for crews to return home approximately once a month

Work Location

• Based in Navasota, TX, with projects across TX, NM, LA, OK, and AZ

• Must be willing and able to travel extensively for work
