Responsibilities: 

• Act as the main point of contact for all project activities, ensuring clear communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams 

• Oversee daily project operations, manage resources, and ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget 

• Identify and resolve project roadblocks, risks, and obstacles, updating leadership as needed 

• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules, budgets, and documentation 

• Coordinate and manage vendors to deliver quality results and meet project deadlines 

• Lead, train, and develop technicians and installers to maximize team performance and job site safety 

• Ensure accurate material tracking, invoicing, and compliance with company safety policies 

Requirements: 

• 3+ years of project management experience (low voltage or related industry preferred) 

• Industry certifications (BICSI, PMP, or manufacturer-specific certifications a plus) 

• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills 

• Proficiency with MS Office and project management software 

• Experience with budgeting, billing, and operational analysis 

• Additional manufacturer certifications or training are a plus
