Responsibilities:
Drive Physician Enterprise organizational value through the successful management and execution of multidisciplinary projects and enterprise initiatives in addition to continuous operational improvement. Partner with key organizational and operational leaders throughout the health system to scope, plan, implement, and sustain strategically important initiatives and improvements.
Qualifications:
Education- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related healthcare field Required
- Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a closely related field Preferred
Work Experience- 5 years of progressively responsible healthcare operations experience Required
- Prior experience in a project management department/office or consulting firm is desired Required
- Supervisory / management experience is Preferred
Licenses and CertificationsAdditional Licenses and Certifications- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Preferred
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodology is a plus Required
