Job Title: Maintenance Manager
Job Description
Ensure the reliable, safe, and efficient operation of all plant equipment and infrastructure to support continuous production, reduce downtime, and drive the company's growth, quality, and margin objectives.
Responsibilities
Direct all maintenance operations for production machinery, facility utilities, building systems, and overall site infrastructure.
Manage predictive, preventive, and emergency maintenance programs for urethane processing equipment, including mixers, pumps, ovens, tanks, and control systems.
Oversee spare parts inventory, maintain vendor partnerships, and ensure effective use of the CMMS platform.
Ensure full compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements, including OSHA and EPA standards.
Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and EHS teams on capital projects, new equipment installations, and continuous process improvements.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing maintenance team with the capability to support 24/7 operations.
Essential Skills
Deep technical understanding of industrial mechanical, electrical, and control systems within chemical manufacturing environments.
7-10 years of maintenance leadership experience in process manufacturing; experience in urethane, coatings, or chemical production is highly preferred.
Hands-on expertise with CMMS platforms such as Fiix, eMaint, SAP, or similar systems.
Demonstrated success in developing and sustaining a culture focused on maintenance reliability.
Strong analytical abilities paired with effective planning skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
Associate or bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering-or equivalent industry experience.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
100% employer‑paid medical, dental, and vision for employees; up to 60% coverage for dependents. HRA reimburses deductible and out‑of‑pocket maximums after the first $500 (applies to dependents as well). 401(k) with 6% dollar‑for‑dollar match, immediate vesting. $50,000 employer‑paid life insurance. Short‑ and long‑term disability plus workers' compensation. Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Minimum 14 days PTO. Company events and yearly bonus.
