Weâre looking for a skilled Field Technician with hands-on experience in Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) and/or Public Safety communications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of DAS networks, along with a solid understanding of RF principles and site-level operations.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Install, test, and maintain DAS and public safety systems
  
• 
  Perform troubleshooting and system optimization
  
• 
  Work independently or as part of a deployment team
  
• 
  Ensure projects meet technical and compliance standards
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Experience with DAS/public safety networks (CommScope, Corning, SOLiD, etc. a plus)
  
• 
  Knowledge of RF fundamentals and testing tools (spectrum analyzers, PIM testers, sweep gear)
  
• 
  Ability to travel and work in the field as needed
  
• 
  Relevant certifications (iBwave, OSHA, Comtrain, NICET) preferred
